The mounting part(1) by its side facing the clamping surface is movable upon it in the twist direction of the anchoring component(2). On the side of the mounting part facing the clamping surface lugs(9) lie outside the clamping surface and serve as twist stops. The mounting part is formed from sheet metal and has vanes serving as arms(13) and as the aforesaid lugs. The arms acting as a holder are spring-loaded to each other and clamp the anchoring component between them.
