The output voltage from a battery (11) supplied to load (13), is controlled by N-channel MOSFET (15) which performs switching operation based on the control signal from switch circuit (19) driven by another battery (17). The batteries are distributed at rear and front of the vehicle. An independent claim is also included for power supply control procedure.
