The arrangement has a fuel delivery tube (8), a fuel input tube (17) connected to a fuel pump (16) and to the delivery tube, an injection pressure regulator (19) with a fuel chamber and a pressure regulation chamber, a membrane tensioner, a fuel return outlet connected to the fuel chamber via a valve and a fuel injector. The injection pressure regulator housing (20) is divided into a housing body (21) contg. the fuel chamber and a cover (22) defining the pressure regulating chamber. The housing body is integrated with the fuel delivery tube.
