The ends of the fastening parts (6,7) pass round an expanding part (11) of the supporting batten (3), the expanded part in turn made of a layer (10) of insulating material specifically mineral wool to prevent any direct contact between batten (3) and hanger (12). The batten presents an inverted tee profile with the insulating layer (10) on the crosspiece of the batten tee (3) so enclosed by the ends of the fastening parts (6,7). The parts (6,7) are bolted (8) together and fixed secondly to the hanger (12). The two parts (6,7) can otherwise be in one piece with the hanger (12).
