The invention relates to a sealing web for producing a two-layer sealing of roof and construction surfaces, especially for those that are subject to high stresses. The inventive sealing web comprises a sealing layer (4) that solves the technical problem of providing a sealing web for constructions that facilitates applying a sealing already known from the art in a single step. To this end, a grid-type support layer (6) is provided, and a plurality of fixation elements (8) that are arranged spaced apart from one another are linked with the sealing layer (4). Said fixation elements (8) rest on the support layer (6) with the side facing away from the sealing layer (4) and keep the support layer (6) spaced apart from the sealing layer (4).
