The roof terrace comprises a floor element and at least four wall elements. The weather surfaces of these elements have an integral plastics weather shell (1). A room-side shell of individual supporting plates (2) of fibre-reinforced inorganic and/or organic material is provided at least in the area of the wall elements and is spaced from the weather shell by hollow plastics profiled sections (4). A damp course layer (3) is placed on the weather-side faces of these plates (2). The interspaces between the plastics profiled sections are fitted with heat barrier plates. At least one part of the hollow plastics profiles has a reinforcement inlay. The floor element can include a drain pipe (1.5) and/or heating installation channels.
