A mixture comprising, as a cementitious binder a sulfoaluminous clinker, a clinker ferroalumina, or a mixture of the latter is used to solve the problem of degradation of the cement works exposed to contact with organic acids, in which is resistant to acids, for example originating from the liquid waste from agricultural activities. The mixture may also comprise an additional source of sulfates. It finds an application in the construction of works in the sector of the architecture of the agricultural, in particular for the construction of silos, storage tanks, channels for the removal or irrigation water, or for the consolidation of the formations.
