Anti-pollution device combining the effect of the curtain of water and water mist

The procedure consists of creating a water curtain and a fine droplet mist with a gap of at least 0.50 m between them, and with the mist droplets having a dismeter of under 250 mic. During use the toxic/corrosive substance is absorbed by the mist droplets and then brought down to the ground by the water curtain.
