The device has a rapid actuator, in form of a return spring, to bias the shutter from a first to a second position. There is a slow actuator having a movable stop (40) to support for the shutter. An electromagnet has a locking finger to ensure a proper coupling or decoupling between the shutter and the slow actuator. The device has a rapid actuator (28) designed to rapidly displace the shutter (16) from a first position (P1) to a second position (P2), and a slow actuator designed to displace the shutter slowly from the (P2) position to the (P1) position. The rapid actuator (28) is a reset spring connected to the shutter (16) and the slow actuator (34) includes a movable stop (40) designed to press against the shutter (16). An electromagnet (42) fitted with a locking finger (44) is designed to take: - either a first state in which the locking finger (44) ensures the decoupling of the shutter (16) and the slow actuator (34), which permits the shutter to be displaced from the first position (P1) under the action of the fast actuator (28); - or a second state in which the locking finger (44) ensures coupling of the shutter (16) and the slow actuator (34), which permits the shutter to be displaced from the second position (P2) under the action of the slow actuator (34).
