At least one part of the casing (7) placed near the rotating tool (5) is provided with heating enabling it to reach a temperature sufficient to prevent the soil sticking. The casing is heated by the hot tractor engine exhaust gases which circulate in the casing between its inlet orifice and its outlet orifice. The casing is connected by a pipe to a rigid manifold pipe through a flexible pipe. The other end of the manifold is connected to the engine exhaust through a flexible pipe.
