Cyclic organoboron (meth)acrylic and allylic derivatives are new. Cyclic organoboron derivatives of formula (I) are new: A = a residue of formula (a) or (b) R2 = H or CH3; R3(same or different) = H or alkyl; n = 2-20; B = boron; R1 = alkylene, arylene or bivalent heterocyclic residue; either x = 0, y = 1 and z = 0 simultaneously or x = 1, y = 0 and z = 1 simultaneously.
