The cap (20) has a one-way valve allowing the cap to be attached to a neutral gas providing assembly. This allows the cap to be placed on the flask (40) as a seal, and then allows a used to inject neutral gas, e.g. oxygen through the seal in the cap to pressurize the contents in the flask. The cap can be reused over and over as required.
