The container has a controller that uses a cable (8) to lock and unlock the emptying flaps (2). The cable is affixed at one end to a fastening lock (28) of an emptying flap that is mounted to pivot about one edge and below the casing (1) to ensure the fastening closed of the emptying flap until the cable is displaced from the notch in the handling hook. A spring is used to open the emptying flap when the cable is pivoted and the container is in contact with the ground or a fixed obstacle.
