P - Device for continuously regulating the composition of a fluid mixture comprising at least two components of different polarities, intended for example to be interposed in a separation system which it supplies with transport fluid with stabilized composition. It comprises a storage tank (3) receiving mixture from the separation system, at least one auxiliary container (6) containing one of the components of the mixture, and means for controlling the transfer of this component from the auxiliary container (6) to the storage tank (3). These control means comprise at least one capacitive tubular probe (CS) totally immersed in the fluid mixture, a probe (TS) for measuring the temperature of the mixture, a probe (LS) for measuring the level of the mixture in the storage tank.
