Procedure for forming molds for natural stone pieces, includes forming radial fin with paper strip base on mold, and applying latex and fiber glass layers

The process comprises forming on the mold to be reproduced a radial fin with a paper strip base. Then successive layers of latex and an intermediate fiber glass layer are applied over the external surface. This obtains a flexible mold with an opening line defined by the fin. On the external surface of the flexible mold obtained in this way a rigid back mold with a resin and fiber glass base, subdivided into independent zones able to be connected together by screws, is formed.
