The building comprises a base slab (1), load bearing walls (2) located on the base defining a habitable volume (3). A roof (4) rests on the walls and an opening (5), such as a door or window, is made in one of the walls with a shutter. The roof and the shutter are made from cellular concrete plates (10,11,12). The roof has an external covering (15) in a refractory impermeable material.
