The trolley comprises a chassis (10) resting on three wheels (20-22). One wheel (20) pivots on an articulated shaft (24) combined with a brake pad (25). The chassis is open at the rear to allow the passage of a reel (40) between the two fixed wheels and supports lift which holds the reel in a raised position.
