The apparatus comprises a main piece (I) comprising a stop (IA) receiving the heel and protected by a flexible rubber mass (V10), and a plane (IB) inclined at 20 deg on which the foot is placed having in its upper front part a rectangular flexible rubber piece (V11) and a rubber piece (13) allowing torsion of the foot. A vertical support (IC) is located in the front part with an open V in its lower part. An intermediate rectangular piece (II) under the vertical support is fixed by a horizontal peg (II2). A half sphere (IV) enables a lateral rotation of the foot.
