The garment (1) is cut from sheet material, e.g. a knitted or woven elastic fabric, and has an adhesive applied at least in dots on its inner surface, so that it can be stuck directly to the skin after removing a protective film layer. The garment can be printed in one or more colors and is designed to be discarded after one use. The adhesive should be hypoallergenic.
