The system has a dispatching center which creates for the consumer a list of mobility on offer by comparison of the offer parameters and/or the timetables of public passenger transport with user request parameters. The list is transmitted to the consumer by communication devices, with the consumer selecting an offer of mobility and booking it at the dispatching center by the devices. The devices are networked computers, with a central computer provided at the center, and portable PCs provided on the user side.
