摘要
The solubilization and degradation of fatty acid esters comprises adding: (1) at least one lipase to hydrolyze fat and release fatty acids; (2) at least one urea and urease; and (3) at least one bactericide . The solubilization and degradation of fatty acid esters such as triglycerides, cerids and steroids (which are the lipid components of fat) comprises adding: (1) at least one lipase to hydrolyze fat and release fatty acids; (2) at least one urea and urease to potentiate the activity of the lipase by continuous alcalinization of the medium to produce surfactants solubilizing the fat by formation of micelles; and (3) at least one bactericide to strengthen the activity of the lipase by releasing enzymatic systems and to degrade fatty acids into water-soluble compounds. An INDEPENDENT Claim is also included for a composition for solubilizing and degrading fatty acid esters comprising: (1) at least one lipase (at least 0.5 %). The lipase is in the form of granules (containing the enzyme at at least 1 %); (2) at least one urea and urease (at least 0.83 %). The urease is in the form of a powder (containing the enzyme at at least 39 %); and (3) at least one bactericide.
