Composition of washing-rinsing bath used to prepare produced mechanical parts for final drying stage, includes cationic surfactant, nonionic surfactant, and alcohol

The composition comprises cationic surfactant, non-ionic surfactant and alcohol. The cationic surfactant comprises cationic imidazoline and/or propylene-based glycol ether. More specifically, the composition comprises 20-40 wt.% of cationic surfactant, 5-20 wt.% of nonionic surfactant, and 10-30 wt.% of alcohol, and water or glycol ether (the latter up to 10 wt.%). An Independent claim is also included for process of drying of mechanical part, comprising immersing the part in the bath containing aqueous solution (0.05-1 wt.%, preferably 0.1-0.5 wt.%) of composition as claimed, then immersing in rinsing bath (or two baths, with draining between) of demineralized water, which the part leaves at speed up to 20 mm/second, preferably 1 to 5 mm/second, and finally drying with hot air. Before the treatment in drying preparation bath, containing the composition as claimed, the part can be additionally pre-washed in degreasing bath, and rinsed with water.
