Layer of hardening resin (6) is applied to a substrate. Before hardening is completed, inserts (7) are included, to form the studs. An Independent claim is also included for a flexible sheet molding the studs, which has regular openings. Preferred Features: A sheet (7) with regularly distributed openings forms the insert. One of its faces has embossed studs. The sheet is applied to the base (3) surface, coated with resin, causing resin to pass through openings in the sheet. Following setting of the first resin layer, a second, finishing layer is applied, covering both the first and the raised locations formed by the insert.
