The device is composed of a hollow stick (5) which allows the unrolling of the mat (6) by the user when he exerts a force against the spring (8). The mat can be removed from the stick by means of a Velcro fastener (7a, 6b). The stick comprises a screwed knob (2) which is pivoted to its transparent cover (2a) enabling the installation of a compass (3), a watch (4) or other accessories.
