The tool for injection molding a cage 2 of linear bearing with several rolling elements positioned in the cage 2, in the longitudinal direction (L) of the latter, comprises two tool halves having projections which penetrate into the cavity of the tool and each form part of a cell 10 for a rolling element. The projections are integral partly with one half of tool 5 and partly with the other half of tool 6, and formed so as to conform, retaining noses 12 for the rolling elements in the cage, the noses of retainer 12 being integrated into the basic geometry of the cage 2.
