The sea water is concentrated by spraying on rotating drum type dryer (1). The concentrated water is collected in collection tray (20) and sprayed over another rotating drum type dryer (2). The flow of seawater to dryers is adjusted based on detected temperature of dryer. After successive treatment, water in dryer (2) is completely evaporated and salt adhering on the surface of drum is collected. The space between the drums of dryers are heated by burner (10) and temperature of drum are monitored by temperature sensors (19,22). The outer and inner drums are connected by connection horn (11).
