The invention relates to an axisymmetric and generally oriented turbojet jet nozzle disposed downstream of an exhaust pipe (1) provided with a spherical wall (5). A single control ring actuated by jacks (30) allows control of the nozzle section. The converging flaps (7) are guided upstream by the spherical wall (5) and supported downstream by a control lever (13) articulated on the control ring and bearing upstream on the outer surface (16) of the sphere (5). The divergent flaps (10) are articulated on the convergent flaps (7) and on cold flaps (11) themselves articulated on the control ring. A synchronization device connects the upstream ends of the control levers (13) to the control ring and provides self-centering of the nozzle and the control ring.
