The invention relates to a device for fixing and guiding the end of a cremone bolt or cremone bolt fitting, provided capable of being secured to the rear of a headrest (3). According to the invention, this device is defined by a profile (16) forming: - a first U-shaped channel channel (17) whose bottom (18) is intended to come into contact against the rear face (19) of the headrest (3), at the inside of this first channel extending a guide stud (8) of at least one fixing screw; - and a second channel (22) of "U" section coming to trap, with the headrest (3), a rod maneuver (2) to guide and maintain it relative to the latter.
