Vane which orientates itself in the ambient air flow axis by comparing the pressures in chambers fed from orifices on either side and using motor to rotate vane until the pressures are equal

A vane (1) has a plate (15) of aerofoil section and a leading edge (16). Orifices (I1,I2) on either side of the plate lead to separate air chambers whose pressures are delivered to a processor (9) by a pneumatic joint (8) mounted on the vane axis and shaft (2,3). The processor compares the pressures and sends a signal (C) to a motor (6) on the same shaft such that it rotates the vane until the two chamber pressures are the same.
