New azeotropic or quasi-azeotropic cleaning, degreasing and drying compositions, especially for flux removal from printed circuits, comprise decafluoropentane, dichloromethane, cyclopentane and methanol

Azeotropic or quasi-azeotropic compositions comprising decafluoropentane, dichloromethane, cyclopentane and methanol are new. Novel (quasi-)azeotropic compositions comprise: (a) 35-55 (preferably 40-50)% 1,1,1,2,3,4,4,5,5,5-decafluoropentane, (b) 20-40 (preferably 25-35)% dichloromethane, (c) 10-20 (preferably 15-20)% cyclopentane and (d) 0.5-10 (preferably 1-5)% methanol.
