The device for individualising castings (2) constituting a batch comprises a drum (3) having an irregular internal section and provided with several internal inclined separation plates (7a,7b,7c,7d). The drum can rotated along its longitudinal axis by tires (4). The drum has two end flanges (3a,3b) one of which has an inlet (6) for the batch castings and the other an outlet (8) for the castings individualised in the drum.
