A scroll type fluid machine can suppress an increase of inclining vibrations of an Oldham ring with easier adjustments. A stationary scroll (1) and a swivel scroll (2), in a pair, are engaged with each other, and the swivel scroll (2) is driven to make revolutional motions, while being prevented from rotating, via an Oldham ring (18) disposed between an end plate (6) of the swivel scroll (2) and a frame (10).
