A bicycle with a one-piece handlebar and stem, a one-piece front fork and a one-piece main frame

The frame comprises a one-piece handlebar with a handlebar tube integrally connected to it. A one-piece front fork (30) has two sides (31) extending downwards from the fork apex (32), and a steering tube (33) extends upwards from it. A one-piece main frame is equipped with a saddle tube, an upper tube, a lower tube and two chain struts. The handlebar, handlebar tube and main frame are fabricated by plastic injection moulding, and may have a metal tube within it.
