PURPOSE: To provide a highly productive method of manufacture of flat wire harness for use in the electrical wiring of a vehicle and a fixture-equipped flat wire harness which is waterproofed and excellent in assembling workability ;CONSTITUTION: A lower forming die 1 is provided with a wire-laying groove 2, recessed portions (3A-3I) for attachments, and a recessed portion 4 for blocking molding material, and a connector housing 5, a branch housing 6 and a wire harness fixture and the like are disposed in the respective recessed portions to lay wire. Thereafter a material for preventing molding material from overflowing is packed in the recessed portion 5 for blocking molding material and an upper die is coupled to the lower die 1 and molding material is injected into the wire-laying groove 2 to form intermittent mold cover portions along the length of the wire.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
