PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anisotropically rotating double-screw kneading extruder of small unevenness in the temperature of molten resin to be bled. SOLUTION: In a double-screw kneading extruder constituted of a cylinder 1 and two screws 5 and 5' disposed horizontally in parallel in the cylinder 1 and rotated in the different directions, a bleeding outlet 10 is provided right on the side of one screw 5 and including at least a part of the screw 5 when viewed from the bleeding outlet 10. Also the outer diameter d2 of the screw 5' positioned in the vicinity of the bleeding outlet 10 and positioned far from the bleeding outlet 10 is formed smaller than the outer diameter d1 of the screw 5 positioned close to the bleeding outlet 10.
