As for the said assay 1) the dioxin way with the form which it can connect to chemical compound, at the same time, forming ARNT and the mixture, the inactive Ah receptor of the form which can become deformed in the active form which it connects to dioxin response element, and 2) it optimizes the deformation of the Ah receptor it uses ARNT of the quantity which is sufficient. The dioxin way chemical compound is made to connect to the Ah receptor, the Ah receptor makes the active form deform which forms the mixture of ARNT the test sample is made to contact with assay system under the condition for being effective.
