PURPOSE:To obtain a high-capacity concd. org. waste water treating equipment of simple structure by crushing solid in the concd. org. waste water, utilizing biologically treated water and generated excess sludge to transfer and mix the crushed material and then applying anaerobic decomposition. CONSTITUTION:The garbage, etc., are fed from an inlet 1, pulverized by a crusher 2 and introduced into a storage tank 3 along with the settled excess sludge discharged from a pump 14 and a part of treated water, the mixture is stored in the tank 3 for a specified time to reduce the dissolved oxygen and then transferred to an anaerobic treating tank 4, aerobic sludge and solid are treated with an anaerobe in the tank 4, and the liquefaction is promoted. The treated water overflowing the tank 4 and the waste water such as cleaning water discharged from a sink 6 are treated below the reference BOD load in a waste kitchen water treating tank 7, disinfected in a disinfection tank 11 and discharged outside the system from a discharge pipe 15.
