PURPOSE:To obtain an air conditioner with reduced adjustment processes by storing a detection error ratio between a detection current and a real current in a non-volatile storage medium during current detection adjustment of an inverter of a DC motor and by correcting a detected current value based on the detected error ratio during operation. CONSTITUTION:At the time of current detection adjustment, a reference current Id0 is applied from a constant current power supply 10 to a current detecting resistor 4, then a voltage generated Vd0 is amplified and the voltage obtained VR0 is compared to a voltage VSTD corresponding to the real current value and an error ratio (k) is calculated at the current control portion 7 and the result is stored in EEPROM11. At the time of operation, the detection error is corrected by the product of the detected voltage and error ratio (k) and current control is performed.
