PURPOSE: To prevent the disarrangement of the position of structural angles M when the structural angles M are released. ;CONSTITUTION: Lower jaws 11 which are inserted in the underside of the structural angles M from the right and left of the structural angles M and closed, and an upper jaw 21 for clamping the structural angles M from the upper part are provided and a pair of side jaws 31 which are lowered on both sides of the structural angles M are combined.
