PURPOSE: To obtain the stable subject composition having good sizing effect even in a neutral paper system by dispersing a dispersoid containing glycerides, a rosin based material and an emulsion dispersing agent and/or protective colloid into water. ;CONSTITUTION: The objective emulsion composition is obtained by dispersing 100 pts.wt. (as total amount) dispersoid containing (A) preferably 0.1-50 pts.wt. glycerides, (B) preferably 50-99.8 pts.wt. rosin based substance and (C) preferably 0.1-20 pts.wt. emulsion dispersing agent and/or protective colloid into water.
