PURPOSE:To enable smooth gyration of a machine body at the end of levee by placing a vertically movable gyration wheel in a specific state between a pair of right and left driving wheels placed across tone levee. CONSTITUTION:A gyration wheel 18 between a pair of right and left driving wheels 10,10 placed across a levee A is held at a position floating on the top of the levee A and is lowered in the case of gyrating the machine at an end of the levee. The gyration wheel is grounded on the top surface of the levee to support the machine body 6 and lift the driving wheels from the top surface of the levee to lessen the collapse of the top of the levee in gyration.
