PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give no bad influence such as a reverse camber phenomenon due to creep on a support girder by sticking a carbon fiber sheet on the lower face of a precast floor board, and introducing prestress in the direction of a bridge axis. ;SOLUTION: A plurality of concrete precast floor boards 1 are laid on support girders 2, 2 in the axial direction of a bridge. Next, a carbon fiber sheet 4 is adhered with an adhesive so that it is orthogonally intersected on a joint part 3 from the lower face of the precast floor board 1, and the joint part 3 is filled with shrinkage compensating mortar. Prestress is introduced by PC steel materials 6... in the axial direction of the bridge. Thus, an amount of the prestress can be reduced, the using PC steel material is reduced, and a strain is not put on a reinforcing bar arrangement in the floor slab.
