PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To pump up a solution in a container to the last drop by using a hand pump. ;SOLUTION: A hole is so opened on a lowest site on the bottom of a container as to make a solution therein flow out to the outside of the container by the gravity-drop by utilizing the gravitation of the earth and the solution outside is pumped up by a hand pump with a pipe.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
