PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an intermediate transferring belt which has high surface smoothness and by which excellent transfer character can be obtained and the intermediate transferring belt and further to provide a method for manufacturing an intermediate transferring drum, the intermediate transferring drum as well as an image forming device giving stable image quality. ;SOLUTION: A base layer 102 is formed by injecting a thermosetting urethane resin into an inner surface of a cylindrical mold 117 of a centrifugal molding machine 110 and curing the resin while rotating the cylindrical mold 117. Successively a thermosetting urethane rubber is injected and cured to form a surface layer 101. After releasing the layer from the mold, a front surface and a back surface of the molding are turned over by inverting an air face at an inner surface side of the surface layer 101 to a surface side and inverting a contacting surface being in contact with the inner surface of the cylindrical mold 117 on an outer surface side of the base layer 102 to a rear surface side. Thus, the air face of excellent smoothness is made to be the surface of the intermediate transferring belt 100.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
