PURPOSE: To enable a reclaiming pipe to branch having sufficient strength by induction-welding a seat part of a branch joint to the reclaiming pipe and also clamping an external surface of a cast iron pipe with a clamp member. CONSTITUTION: A synthetic resin-made reclaiming pipe 14 is inserted in a folding condition into a cast iron pipe 12, after insertion and expanded by such as blowing hot air and closely attached to an internal wall in the cast iron pipe 12. A synthetic resin-made branch joint 16 is formed by providing an almost disk- shaped seat part 22 and by burying in its internal surface a magnetic alloy heater 28. This branch joint 16 is positioned in an external surface of the reclaiming pipe 14 and pressed thereto by using a pressing device 30, and the reclaiming pipe 14 is deformed so as to be along the seat part 22, so as to closely attach the seat part 22 to the reclaiming pipe 14. In this condition and a high frequency current is given to the magnetic alloy heater 28, to HEAT a connecting surface and between the seat part 22 and the reclaiming pipe 14, welded and then an external surface of the cast iron pipe is clamped by a clamp member 20 so as to reinforce a connecting part.
