PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for gathering earth and sand while minimizing turbidity in the water.;SOLUTION: The earth and sand at the water bottom is sucked up. The earth and sand is made to flow toward a screening net. The earth and sand not more than the prescribed particle size is sorted. The sorted earth and sand is gathered.
