PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for selectively adding electric stimulations for a certain time period to a target tissue of a live body such as a brain without producing a big change to a morbid state on a target section. SOLUTION: An electric stimulation device 1 having electrodes 2 is provided. Electricity is added to electrodes 2 at a normal use to produce vibration of the electric stimulation device in a range of supersonic waves. When the electric stimulation device 1 is positioned at a proper site, energy 8 of supersonic waves is added from a means 10 for selectively producing vibration of the supersonic waves to stimulate the electric stimulation device 1 and to generate electricity from the electrodes 2. A size of the electrodes 2 is determined and is disposed on the device for a purpose of a special use to maximize an effect of a treatment. The electric stimulation device 1 and a treating time can be alternative to generate electricity at a desired voltage and amperage for a desired time periods for the purpose of the special use.
