PURPOSE: To stretch fireproof safety sheets on a scaffold, by which the stretching operation of the sheet at an eminence is eliminated, by previously installing the fireproof safety sheets on each unit and assembling the scaffold. ;CONSTITUTION: A scaffold unit, in which post pipes 2a are arranged at least four comers and a workbench is mounted on the posts, is laid down horizontally, the top-face end sections of a fireproof safety sheet 4 are set up at the upper ends of the post pipes on the same surface, the side-face end sections of the fireproof safety sheet 4 are installed at several places among both upper and lower ends of the post pipes 2a, and the fireproof safety sheet 4 is disposed, thus forming the scaffold unit.
