PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To bond a composite film, in which a polyurethane film is laminated on a polyethylene film, on a plate material to be bonded through fusion bonding, which is used as the cushioning medium for product packaging, so that only the polyethylene film can be separated simply after bonding the composite film. SOLUTION: An upwardly-faced frame type hot plate 7 is mounted below an elevating press plate 10, then, a composite film, whose upper side is consisting of a polyurethane film and whose lower side is consisting of a polyethylene film, is put between the press plate 10 and the hot plate 7, a film receiving table 11, whose upper surface is positioned so as to be same as or higher than that of the frame type hot plate 7 and which is permitted to enter into the frame, is supported by a receiving table supporting shaft 16, a plate material 12 to be bonded through fusion bonding, which is consisting of paper, resin or the like, is put between the film receiving table 11 and the press plate 10, a plate receiving unit 13, lowered together with the press plate 10, is provided and the plate material 12 to be bonded through fusion bonding is superposed on the composite film 1 by the lowering of the press plate 10 to contact the same with the frame type hot plate 7 in order to bond only the polyurethane film on the plate material 12 to be bonded through fusion bonding.
