PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of an ultrasonic motor by reducing influence to a bending vibration as much as possible when a piezoelectric element of a vibrator for the motor is connected to a driving circuit by a flexible printed board. CONSTITUTION:An external terminal of an electrode plate 8 with the terminal, to be inserted between piezoelectric elements 3-7 is formed in a cross shape, its end is passed through a hole of a flexible circuit board 10, and the passed end is soldered to a pattern of the board to be connected. The terminals of the plate 8 with the plurality of external terminals, are aligned at the same position in an axial direction to eliminate influence to a bending vibration.
